At LAEDA, our alumni family are always highly motivated entrepreneurs and represent a variety of industries. Over the course of the nine-week program, participants received 72 + hours of training from industry professionals as well as business planning, business counseling, and continued business counseling. LAEDA’s Entrepreneurship Programs are business education courses designed to teach individuals how to start, operate and grow a small business. There are a wide range of programs held throughout the year, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. 

LAEDA's Digital Marketing Intern, Michelle Onyeije brought forward the idea of highlighting LAEDA alumni with a Then and Now series. Onyeije has been on the LAEDA team since Fall 2021, and played a key role in bringing together alumni for LAEDA's 2nd Annual (Virtual) Alumni Holiday Market in December.

We are currently reaching out to our alumni and asking them how their business journey has changed over the course of the years or months since they have been a part of the alumni network. We are always dedicated to being a part of the lives of our alumni and communities in which we serve. 

Afterward, we will feature our alumni on our social media platforms and give them the spotlight that they deserve for all of their hard-work and successes thus far.
