Woodbury, NJ—LAEDA attended the City of Woodbury’s First Annual Woodbury Hispanic Heritage Festival on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at LOT 323 in Woodbury. The festival included local Hispanic-owned businesses, music and a traditional Mexican dance group. Community organizations such as the Woodbury Public Library, the New Jersey Council for the Humanities, the Hispanic Family Center and LAEDA provided various community resources and information to attendees.

Camden, NJ- Thursday, October 27, 2022- The Latin American Economic Development Program Association, Inc. (LAEDA) celebrated their annual graduation ceremony for the Entrepreneurial Development Training Program and The Women’s Business Academy. The graduation was held at The Salvation Army Kroc Community Center in Camden, NJ. The graduating classes included the sessions from Fall 2021, Winter 2022 and Spring 2022.

Camden, NJ- On Saturday, September 25th the LAEDA Women’s Business Center (WBC) attended the 14th annual Haddon Avenue Street Festival hosted by Parkside Business & Community in Partnership (PBCIP). The Haddon Avenue commercial corridor, between Kaighns Avenue and Mechanic Street, was lined with over 35 vendors offering not only shopping, food, and entertainment but also health and wellness screenings, presentations, and small business resources. There was even a section where families and children could enjoy games "life-sized" checkers, Connect 4, Jenga and a Pokemon tournament from Entrepreneurial Development Training Program (EDTP) Alumni David Barnes of Prodigy Games.
