(1) LAEDA: Entrepreneurship is a very challenging path to take with many different possible directtions. What made you decide to become an entrepreneur?

I became an entrepreneur to allow for the flexibility of creating my own working schedule, being able to place my own ideas into my work, and finally improving growth and knowledge in this field.

(2) LAEDA: Why did you choose your industry?

I chose the Auto Detailing Industry because I've always loved working with cars and I know what to do to get the job done because of my experience in making the cars look their absolute best.

(3) LAEDA: Tell me about your experience while attending EDTP. What have the major takeaways been from the program? Have you had any “Ah-ha!” moments? How did the program help you?

My experience attending the program was both pleasant and challenging. Being a part of this program was a great experience and a great decision for my business especially since I was able to meet many fantastic people. The major takeaway from the program was that business is not for the soft-hearted because you have to consistently have a plan and always revisit said plan. One of my “Ah-ha” moments was learning about the proper business structure and systems, which this program helped me to establish for my business.

(4) LAEDA: Tell me about your journey on the road to business start-up. What have been some of the challenges, successes, failures, etc.?

My journey to business has been challenging. Some of the successes for my business thus far is being able to open up my business in a new location and to establish an even greater client base. On the other hand, a couple of challenges have been proper marketing and brand awareness.

(5) LAEDA: Could you tell me a little about where your business is today?

Today, my business is growing and developing... We are acquiring new clients each and every day who come in the doors of my business.

(6) LAEDA: Do you have any advice for future (or existing) entrepreneurs?

My advice for future entrepreneurs is to take the course before making any decisions or spending money.
