Rebuilding Your Supply Chain Post COVID-19

If you are in retail, food service, e-commerce, or any other business that needs to purchase supplies to make and sell products or inventory to stock your shelves, this is the workshop for you! Supply chain management is the management of the flow of goods and services and includes all processes that transform raw materials into final products for sale.

During this seminar, representatives from NJ Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) will teach you:

     - Why Supply Chain Management is Important for Many Businesses
     - How to Re-Establish Relationships with Vendors/ Suppliers
     - How to Create Relationships with New Suppliers to Fill Gaps and Get                   the Inventory You Need
     - Resources Available for Managing Your Supply Chain at Each Level
