LAEDA Women's Business Center (WBC) Presents:

Jump Start Series - Session 3

Work Life Balance, Time & Task

Management Skills & Goal Setting

The LAEDA WBC Jump Start Series is a 5 part series that provides a great opportunity for individuals who wish to learn how to start a business and for more experienced business owners wishing to learn best practices in operating a business. This event is free but you will need to register.

Being able to maximize your time and achieve your goals is essential to running a successful company. Participants in this workshop will learn how to set relevant and effective goals and maximize time and tasks. Time management is about learning what to spend your time doing.  Good leaders are good self-managers. Good self-management not only means living by your values, being trustworthy, and having good relationship management skills, but also practicing self-control, good organization skills, and the ability to stay focused on the goals.

We recommend that you attend all 5 seminars in the series to gain the most benefit. Those who attend at least 3 of 5 seminars will receive a Certificate of Completion.

LAEDA Women's Business Center is funded in part though a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
