Jump Start Series, Session 2
Negotiating Skills & Understanding Your Personality + Local Business Resources
The LAEDA WBC Jump Start Series is a 5 part series that provides a great opportunity for individuals who wish to learn how to start a business and for more experienced business owners wishing to learn best practices in operating a business. This event is free but you will need to register.
Have you ever thought how your personality affects your negotiating skills? Do you ever feel that you could had made a better deal after signing your contract?
Participants in this workshop will learn negotiation skills and techniques to create win-win situations and build their businesses by building relationships. This course will also cover the DISC communication profile and provide an understanding of the different styles and how to communicate with each effectively.
We will also learn about local resources in Vineland and NJ that can be useful to your business.
We recommend that you attend all 5 seminars in the series to gain the most benefit. Those who attend at least 3 of 5 seminars will receive a Certificate of Completion.
